The technology that powers these products, including chatbots, have surprised even their creators with their unexpected talents and stand to transform humans’ relationship with computers, knowledge and even with themselves.

While AI offers extraordinary opportunities, it also poses new risks. What are the regulatory and ethical issues surrounding its future usage? How will generative AI affect the future of work and how should business leaders prepare for this new era as we collectively move forward to find a measured approach on which to build a foundation.
